Right. Take the word of hundreds of ET victims. Start with the 9? month old job info journal and remember if it was updated there would be so many more ET horror stories. |

No I did not get the sack from ET. Firstly it is almost impossible to get sacked by an organisation that is desperate for teachers 9 months of the year and has such low standards. There is hardly a queue of experienced qualified teachers willing to work for hourly pay. Secondly I can`t imagine what you could do that would get you the sack. To be honest a few people have been sacked but they have been so absurd that they really are the unemployable. Finally I would consider it an honour to be sacked by ET.
Just a thought if I had been sacked then it would be such a short list that it would be obvious to her who I was. |

Here we go again.. every post i read ends up a "pissing contest" and I can't figure it out.. Hey.. let negative people have their say.. we can read it or skip it..but when when we have to read all the other "off topic" crap, it really makes coming here unpleasant.. maybe if the negative people can give their input and the rest of you just avoid commenting, then the whole topic does not get lost in the unnecessary bickering and petty whining.. Some people do have unpleasant experiences at some of these language centers.. face it..it happens.. and will continue to happen until we do something about it.. The ET's, Wall Streets, Berlitz's, EF's, and other hell holes will continue to exist and treat people like crap until we do something about it.. |

Thank you, TeachEnglish.
But what can we do? (I've been thinking about this too...) |

I have just had a quick look through your last dozen posts and it is rare to find you saying anything positive. In your last few posts you mentioned doing something about places like ET. What are you doing about it other than moaning about it here like me? |

'are developing' or 'have developed'?
You do have good insight, 31... I agree. Don't belittle everything else you have to say about the world and its inhabitants... |

please excuse my last post. I was drunk. just because ET is 3 feet tall with a flat-topped head does not mean that it is available for gobbling purposes. |
