It's that sh**-eating grin he uses to punctuate everything he says that he expects people to take seriously. He may as well wink at the camera.

But he's just one example.

Some of the English-speaking snakes from "western" countries who pass as supervisors, coordinators, and managers in EFL programs in the ME provide ample material for further analysis.

Couldn't be more on-topic with that one, now could I?
