<hi all, I just wanted to recomend the feria de mataderos to all interested persons. It is a fantastic nugget of argentinidad. we drove to san telmo afterwards and the fiesta was more expensive and filled with tourists. if you got a sunday afternoon free, <i reccomend mataderos.
the baile folclorico de argentina is amazing and almost as enthralling as tango. the gauchos are very nice people, and the arts and crafts are very nice and cheaper than anything youd find on defensa, the leather cheaper than anything on calle florida.
<i got alot to write about argentina, but i dont know how to put it yet. so far el sur reminds me alot of some neighborhoods in the zona norte in rio.
anyway warm regards to all, un abrazo.

You have a cool website, sqwerl! I wish I had something like that Looks like you're having a great time in BsAs.
P.S. Did you know your last name in German is kind of like "horny (or randy) foot"? |

Thanks.
The photos are up now.

The Web site was actually very easy to make. I mean, it requires a lot of upkeep and work to keep things nice, but the software is very easy to work with.
And yes, I did know it means horny foot. As I understand, it initially had another meaning a few hundred years ago. I think similar to 'lightfoot" but i'm not sure. |
