Just wondering if anyone has any experience of Linguarama in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid) and has any comments to make about them, or has experience of working for them elsewhere. |

Linguarama are a franchise school, rather like McDonalds is a franchise. There are others of this type, eg Berlitz and Inlingua. Try doing a search within the job discussion forum to get comments on this type of school using their names as keywords - this question has been discussed often on various country forums and it doesnt really make much difference which country the advice is about as (theoretically) the schools are all much of a muchness. |

Linguarama? They hire a lot of us Brits and they are not bad to work for. Most teachers work full time for them, they give contracts and you get paid for holidays as well. One thing though because of the full time schedule they have, it will be difficult to squeeze in additional hours from private classes . Having said that, most private classes are flexible so maybe you can sort out somehting. |
