I am considering moving to the Kansai area. I would like to work at a high school in Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, Osaka, etc.
I would like to know how working conditions are at private high schools in this area.
I assume I will have to take a pay cut (I get over 5 million a year).
I wonder how my school compares to Kansai schools.
I am not an ALT where I work in Tokyo, and I have up to 150,000 a year I can spend on books, materials, etc.
I teach less than 20 hours a week and have to be at school on Saturday mornings.
