My girlfriend and I interviewed at the school, but decided not to take the jobs. The school itself is quite new, and far from full enrollment, so you might have smaller classes than usual (which is a good thing!). They seemed to be fairly organized and with it, and the other teachers we met seemed nice enough. I assume you know this isn't really an ESL position, as you would be teaching Maths, Science, etc. in addition to English.
The main reason we didn't take the jobs was because of the location. Saying that Sunflower School is in Bangkok is a bit of a fib, as it is actually in Bangbon, which is quite far from Bangkok itself. Granted, we saw very little of the town from the taxi cab, but it seemed to be a pretty boring, dreary sort of place. Just our personal opinion though. |
