Has anyone purchased a good quality mountain/road bike in Taiwan for good prices?? I've heard the prices and quality are excellent.

Any advice?

Most better quality bikes sold around the world are manufactured in Taiwan. You can get a good range of bikes at good prices.

They are good quality, and obtainable almost everywhere(more than 5 shops in my small town), walk around you will see.
Price from 5000 nt$(150 us $) for an ok basic model to 10 000 nt $for a good one(if you ride a lot like me). Should be Shimano equiped.

I love buying bikes here. They're cheap and quickly stolen if you aren't careful. Great bikes here.
