This is going to sound really superficial and perhaps vain, but I have to know.....
I am going to be teaching in Osaka in September and I am a black female. Does anyone know if there are hair salons that cater to black hair over there?

I think black tokyo is based in Tokyo. I have seen ads in the KFM of people who cater to "black" hairstyles such as afros and the African beads etc. I would have to look it up.

| in the Tokyo area, yes. In Kanagawa there are a few bases with US soldiers, and many of them are African-American . I have seen a hair salon for black people in Sagamihara. |
