Tim you mentioned that you were on a business VISA. Are all the teachers working at this school on a business VISA. As far as I know technically if they all they are working illegally. I don't know all the laws behind that but check that one out.
A friend of mine sued his company because in the contract it said that the school will get him a Z Visa and well, the school never did. They went to court and my friend won.
