I would like to know what is the average salary including all the basic benefits in your province for 16 hrs for a person holding atleast Bachelor's Degree.

I know it would differ in many ways and it woudl be difficult to answer but you must have met some FTs in your own province or in your own opinion.

I am sure it varies from what kind of place you are working and what city. Just to get rough idea and so that FTs don't get underpaid. You can mention following

Provicne/ City :

Primary Schools : RMB /month

Middle Schools : RMB /month

Universities : RMB /month

Training Centers : RMB /month

I am sure It would vary from Shanghai to Jilin Province.

You will find FT working 7h for 8k and other working 27h for 6k....
Salaries in China vary from 2500RMB to 12000RBM working as a TEFLer.
You will find middle schools paying more than University, and University paying more than HS.... You will live in a marble top bath, cable TV/DSL and fully furnished apartment with elevator and music in it, or in a dump where you can feel co.ck.ro.ac.hes running on the top of your bed sheet at night.
There is no etalon, no fixed rate in China.
Experience, degree, age, attitude make a big difference. Your luck being a part of your life here.
