I love working out anyone know where there's a Gym in Istanbul? I'm also an Internationally recognized Fitness trainer been working out for 15 years and I got certified last year. So if anyone wants to get back in shape when I arrive don't stand on ceremony just ask!

There's a sort of funky one on Istiklal near ET. Only machines and weights. last I checked it was 60Tl/mo for 3 times/wk

There is also Sports International in Sisli, which is very nice, but spendy. At least $1200.yr. It has a pool and all the other facilities you might want.

A friend goes to one in Fatih, only 30TL/mo.

Pools are hard to find if you are a swimmer.

Maybe you should set up an informal class for teachers Very Happy An opportunity to throw off stress.

Only 50 quid a month which is nothing in the real world but in the TEFL good life it is considered too spendy.

Youve been working out (what?) for 15 years? No wonder you have been certified. Tell us the problem and we will try to help you work it out.

He has been working out for 15 years now and is ready to ''go out into the world and make a difference.''

What about Jims in Instanbul? There must be quite a few. I suppose if they all got together, they could be called a Jimnasium.

Of course, if they were athletically minded, they would wear Jim shoes.

And, of course, they would be very handy around the house. Kitchen equipment broken? Never mind, Jimll fix it.

there is a gymlike place very close to where I live and it is free, also they pay you. It is called "Demir Insaat" ... you do the same stuff in a gym and you are paid.

why pay 100 quids to pick up heavy things and carry them or run without purpose? Smile

31 you never accomplished anything in your life so why would it matter? All you do is talk about some school abroad that pulled your hair and you cry like an eagle. You are so way below my standards I don't even know how you can have the guts to talk to me. Not only am I smarter but I am most probably bigger and more athletically inclined than you. Just ask Ghost, he's seen me. I see the jealousy spark from your nose everytime I come up with a new talent that I have and you don't. I wonder what your going to say when I come out and tell everyone i'm a singer also, i'm sure you'll find something. In other words I didn't piss my life away worrying about other people. I minded my own business, did my own thing and I achieved things. I wish I could say the same about you. Get a life, hobby or an interest and leave your right hand alone, you may get somewhere.
