back to the gyms thread...
I stopped by the marmara otel today. Whew! Pretty spendy. A general memeberships (fitness, pool, haman, sauna etc) is 435Tl/mo and 3000Tl/yr. And the pool is only open during the summer. Sports International is looking better...

You would have to teach 30 hours just to afford a month's membership at ET.

Thanks Molly I am going to check it out... I hope 31 can get me banned this way I won't have to see his posts. I wish there was a way to block someone from posting something sort of like a joint venture when someone gets annoying. Hmm I was thinking about baba actually, not in my sleep ofcourse but yeah if he can play why not? I can use a good musician who knows how to rock. Twisted Evil

Gym is important helps you sleep heavier and releases stress and confidence level goes up a ton once you see results, all that for 20 minutes workout a day. I think it's worth it! Makes you also want to eat better and fatty foods start to get visibly slimy. You'll notice people around you more bent out of shape. It's psychological...once you start looking and feeling better others will appear more obese. I heard Turks are starting to put on pounds, it's not such a bad thing, as long as they take it easy on the grease.

Fat is good to, if you hold it well, there's nothing wrong with munching. I don't think people who are overweight should be treated any differently, I hate when people do that, it's so snobby and unbecoming. There use to be a time when the media didn't have as much influence, now all overweight people are being targeted for abuse, it's wrong. I hate the media and everything it stands for, it's pure garbage. I say let people live and make their own choices.

I guess i'm a hippy at heart. I miss the good old days. Laughing
