| Sorry for cluttering up the forum with domestica. I find it almost impossible to get to a bank branch during normal working hours these days. Anyone know a good bet for cashing American Express USD travellers' cheques on Saturdays in Jakarta? Thanks in advance. |

Try your local bar-keep - if he knows you well you might get lucky.
otherwise lie to your boss and take a day off sick, or take a few hours off to go to the doctor or something. go at lunch time whem most dudes are at the mosque and queues are smaller. lieing is the best answer to any sticky situation here, i have found. |
