Well guys, apologies if this email is somewhat incoherent but the bitter at the local is rather quaffable..

I only teach part time here in the UK: 25 an hour at an FE college and a similar hourly rate for private work, and the latter is great as I can offset travel and book-buying costs against tax. I've said sod it to summer school work as it doesn't pay enough.

I'm off to Italy soon, but all I can say is that when I can get nearly 8 an hour for part time and temporary work which I can switch off from when I go home why would anyone accept 9 for the effort of teaching?

My dear 31

I have tried for some time to decipher your message but my cryptographic skills have let me down.

Perhaps it is time for you to busy yourself with looking for your long-lost marbles ?

That is rich coming from a KFUPM teacher. By the way do the holidays really make up for earning less than 2 grand a month?

My dear boy

Just take a glass of water and lie down. We have WARNED you about anger management and how to deal with all those inner conflicts you have.

Maybe it is time for you to move back to East Cheam ?

TEFLers can't afford to live in East Cheam, come to think of it they can't afford to live anywhere in the UK. Lucky there are still cheap places like Bulgaria and Turkey for them.

so please go to bulgaria. i'm sure ET will not be opening a branch there anytime soon. You can continue your chosen career of TEFL, live cheaply, and get away from the school you love to hate. bon voyage

Shame on you. You know that English Time is not a school. It is a crass chain of TEFL bucket shops.
