I wonder why she doesn't have a signature of her own.

Suggestions

We only employ teachers with degrees and a TEFL certificate

Things are getting better

Yeah but for me getting paid on time is a big thing... about ET, they do pay on time... they always paid on time. Same goes for Fatih, Bigi etc. they do pay on time even though they skimp on conditions.

So it isn't ALL bad in your opinion. Good to read a constructive comment. Good onya Wink

I have made many positive comments about ET, particularly in my earlier posts such as:

paid on time
some good locations of branches
nice students etc.
nobody interferes with your teaching etc.

DMB(and all other DOSes/ Senior Teachers or equivalent), what's the worst thing you've had to deal with whilst on the job?
The 99 quake, while scary, didn't turn out to be so hard.
A couple of teachers, after doing a runner or quitting, committed suicide, which was hard to tell their friends and colleagues. The hardest I had to deal with personally was gently coaxing a teacher who'd had a complete nervous breakdown out from under the teacher's desk. took the best part of two hours.
There are no qualifications for dealing with some of the stuff I've had to do.
