I think they are having serious difficulty getting people to come teach in China. Also, it is a very big country. |

It sounds like a good idea. At a glance, I'd say about 3/4s of the job postings are China. It would be helpful to see the postings broken down by continent - or at least 'China' vs "The rest of the world". |

Sounds like the succinct title of an article about China's military ambitions! |

You have my support. It would be nice if those China jobs were not on the main board. |

Oh... I thought that was what the OP was bringing to our attention, and was soliciting opinions about the new job board, but now I see that he was trying to drum up support for one. |

Yeah, I noticed that too. Actually there's still a bunch of them. It's probably just temporary though, like everything else in the universe, hopefully. |

I agree. I always have to scroll down past all of those China jobs... (No offense to those of you who work there and/or love the place, but I did a summer there and that was enough!)
If Korea is a big enough source of jobs to merit its own forum or job site, then surely China is, too!

too bad the search function on the job board doesn't have a "not" or "without" variable. Then we'd be able to filter out all kinds of garbage.
I myself find the board less and less useful in my personal emplyment search, though for certain sectors It's a godsend. |
