Hi, first post.

I looked around at different schools and saw the pros and cons, and decided on Canterbury. Hope I might the right decision! Checked the threads here on the subject and people seem to rate Canterbury fairly well, but the others like EBC etc looked very good as well.

Anyhow, I'll be starting Sept 26th on my course, and wanted to know if anyone else here is doing the same? Would be nice to talk to some people before, and see what their thoughts are.

I've been looking at apartments, and will be arriving on the 20th to scope some out. Having read some of the threads here I'll be happy once I find a nice one!

A little about myself, am from NYC, have travelled a good deal, and just finished my Master's in Journalism. So the logic step from that would be to take off to Spain to teach English right? ha Smile

I will be coming to Madrid for the Canterbury course at the end of October (starting the 24th for the spanish option) I am going with my boyfriend. We are doing the TEFL course at the end of November (the 21st I think) I'd be happy to meet up if you want a couple to hang out with or travel with. Let me know!
