�Hola mi amigos!
I'm thinking about holidaying in Panama/Costa Rica later this month, and would appreciate any pointers regarding do's/dont's for the region.
I'm probably going to San Jose for a week, then making my way to Panama City.
I have the Rough guide to Central America, which seems fairly comprehensive. Obviously, though, all guide books can become outdated rather quickly.
Any info regarding something worth doing off the beaten track would be very welcome. Please PM me with this info! I won't squeal - scouts honour!
