In our program we may have an advantange, because students don't know which teacher they'll have until after registration is completed, which includes paying their tuition for the semester. It is sometimes possible for them to quit and get a partial refund or transfer to another section with a different teacher after the fact, but if you're at all familiar with typical Mexican bureaucracy . . . well, let's just say a student would really want/need to quit or transfer in order to go through that whole process.
