Yeah, looks like I'm being a bit stand-offish. Or in some kind of acid-induced mystical wonderland...

Haiku?

Bellybutton fuzz
You're always snuggled in there
So hard to remove

Hallmark poetry?

The lint from the dryer is so soft and sweet
But the fuzz in my bellybotton just can't be beat
An enigma of colors and textures galore
You can wash it away but there'll always be more

A limerick perhaps?

There once was some fuzz in my belly
It was blue and a little bit smelly
I was seriously vexed
It said 'Tell baba Alex!
He's been in the papers and on the telly!'

On other forums (fora?) they talk about things like grammar and deontic modality and affective filters. Then someone comes along and says what a great country America is, and defends this position bitterly.

I can only speak for myself. I would never do that.

Perhaps I misinterpreted. Y'all know I'm just waiting for a chance to extoll the virtues of my bellybutton fluff... Maybe it's the real reason I joined the forum.

What am I gonna do? I can only respond to the whims of the hordes of screaming fans my bellybotton fluff has developed on this rainy Friday afternoon...

Does bellybutton fluff have any adverse reaction to rain?
