Have you ever been there? I stopped in there today to see the Galata Exhibit, which is small, but very interesting. Lots of maps and pictures and quotes. The Ottoman Bank museum chronicles the rise and fall of the Ottoman Bank (now Garanti Bank). It also is very interesting, with pictures, photos, and examples of the various kinds of paperwork. And it's all free. The book shop has a very good variety of books about Turkey in English and Turkish.
