I have a few questions about the NOVA
hiring process:

1) How many days after interview will they take
to notify you that you were hired?

2) Do they give you a phone call or
through e-mail?

3) Do they notify you if you were *not* hired?

4) If you were not hired, how soon
can you
interview with them again?

I was just recently hired by NOVA. I got the job and they sent me a big packet full of paperwork about a week after my interview.

I actually asked them at the interview and they said that a big envelope was good news and a small one was bad.

Although with all the negative feelings toward NOVA out there it can be debated which envelope is good or bad.

WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER THE INTERVIEW. THEY NOTIFIED ME A WEEK AFTER.

*Regular mail* Why didn't I even think
of that? I guess in this day and age...

In any case, I've received nothing
from them just yet.
If I don't hear anything, then I
suppose I'll look to those other ones
like AEON and GEOS.
