Some great advice. But I was wondering why ask a question about teaching problems on the Newbie forum. Wouldn't you get more response on the GD forum. Try there if you are still looking for more help. |

As far as them not understanding the tapes try reading the transcript yourself.
Sometimes in the tapes they speak too quickly or the speaker has a voice pitch they are not used to. What I do is first play the tape, and if they didn't fully understand what's going on, the second time I read the transcripit (or rather act out the transcript). |
