Just got an apartment in Cihangir!

I'm looking for the best supermarkets, produce stands, cheese shops, etc.

And I'd love to hear about anything I might not figure out exploring on my own.

Thanks.

Be careful walking around in your neighborhood late at night.. and it really doesn't matter if you are alone or not. A new teacher cavalierly told me he wasn't worried about being mugged when I warned him..and the next time I saw him.. hehe.. he said I was right.. he had been mugged by a guy in his neighborhood that he sees all the time.. and another teacher had been mugged twice in that area.. not to mention all the other ones. You have been warned.. be careful and watch your back.. bag.. and cell phone. Peace.. and good luck

Welcome to the ex pat enclave.

Now you can talk about how great it is living in the real Turkey.

No danger of that. Live in an ex pat enclave like Beoglu or Cinangir and pretend you are in the real Turkey. Live in Suadiye yet pretend you are a hard Scouser.

It's possible. Mind you, I lived in Erenky before (next to Suadiye) and I never once felt like a Scouser.

You have got your directions mixed up. Erenkoy is North of Suadiye.

I take it that your lack of reply to this subject, MARK LOYD' is because your obsession that I claim to be a tough Scouser is, in fact, baseless. In addition, you should, in fact, stop talking rubbish. What is more whilst you may wish to ignore me; you should, in fact, start ignoring the voices in your head.

Değil mi?

LLoyd is the usual spelling but Loyd is also one variation. Google as dmb would say Loyd and you will see the results.
