I can tell you that 'starting' an MA won't give you anything. I am not familiar with all the various TEFL certs... they can range from weekend things to one-year programs. Some of the employers specifically ask for the long-term certs. Many employers also like to see the Peace Corp experience.
If you want to open up opportunities in the Middle East, you really need to finish that MA. (but you knew that, right?)

The transcripts don't count.
A CELTA helps.
An MA is what you really need, but sometimes a BA plus experience can get your foot in the door. |
