I am a teacher but he cannot work on a spouses visa so i am told so that is no good.
If u have any ideas please let me know. He is Nigerian.

Sorry Im not in Korea but if you are a foreigner he would be on a dependent visa, not a spouse visa. Spouse visas are for those married to Korean nationals. At least its that way in Japan.
Special permission is usually needed to work on a non-working dependent visa.
Why would he not be an immigrant worker? Hes not Korean and not going to live there permanently is he? |
