|
|
I know I've heard many horror stories and disapprovals of recruitment companies but what about Footprints? It seems pretty credible and I don't even have to pay them to look for anything for me! My friend told me they came to promote and talk about their company during her linguistics class at my university as well. They are a company from Vancouver, BC, Canada. To me, it sounds and looks ok. BUT..have you guys heard anything about them? Thanks!!

Hey,
A friend of mine went through Footprints and it turned out well for him, the people there are great. If you have a degree in something it helps because there aren't many opportunities if you dont have a degree and the guys at Footprints will tell you that as well.
Good luck! |

I think they are a mostly Korean recruiting outfit. You may want to go over to the Korean forum and do a search for their name and see if there are any comments about them.

Ask 'Spinoza', the guy with the David Bowie avatar. He has made positive mention of Footprints in the past. |

I applied for work in Taiwan through Footprints, and they told me that I could have a contract with Kojen. I didn't sign, because for one Kojen is a chain school that recruits overseas on their website, so if I would sign with them I wouldn't go through a middleman recruiter. Second, the contract that they offered me a guarantee of like 10 hours a week.
Instead I signed with Hess, the other chain school that recruits overseas for Taiwan, simply because they had a guarantee of 20 hours a week for Bushiban and 15 for kindergarten. |

Quite right, LS650.
Elsay - Footprints are very good in my opinion. I did pretty well out of them. |

Spinoza-just wondering if you used them for Taiwan or Korea? My first choice for a destination is Taiwan. |
