Depends on your education and where you want to teach. Also depends how desperate the school is.

With a bachelor's degree, you qualify for a work visa in Japan. You can either come here and look for work or apply at one of the big chain schools abroad and get them to sponsor you before you leave. The downside of getting hired abroad is that there is no guarantee that they will place you in a city of your choice. They will place you where they need you.

Singapore though a nice place will be next to impossible to get work as English is spoken there as a language of business and commerce, and most people speak English already from a young age. There is probably work at universities etc but you need a Masters or above and teaching experience.

Kyoto though being a nice place (I live in Kyoto) has less than a million people and is relatively small in size and there are not many jobs here. Many live in Kyoto and commute to Osaka which is nearby.

New inexperienced teachers come to Japan every year with no experience on the JET programme so you need the minimum of a degree to get a work visa.
Hong Kong also has the NET (Native English teacher)program where its possible to land work as well teaching in high schools.

That's "youse" (yooz) Pronoun
1. (US and UK regional slang) You (as a plural subject pronoun); often as youse guys
Youse guys ain't got a chance.
Where youse been?
2. (US regional slang - see usage notes below) You (as a singular subject pronoun).
* In New York youse may be grammatically singular (I don't know what youse is talking about)

Jeez, I thought Youse was purely Aussie semi-literate!
If the OP has a degree, China is a reasonable introduction to EFL.
