So i've read and been told that it's possible to work on a F visa until the paperwork goes through and the school has been established for six months.

Which is what I've been doing. The school has also helped me renew my F visa two times already. So that I don't have to leave the country every thirty days.

The school is new but they've got another one that's been established in Europe for over a decade, and I know and trust the owners.

But, does anyone know anything about this?

My F visa is good for six months and * hopefully * I'll get a Z visa when those six months are up.

Another question, how many times can you apply for an extension on your visa?

Thanks!

You can keep applying until they say "NO."

Some schools are licensed to do business so they can give you an invitation letter for an "F" visa but are not approved to hire a foreign expert so no "Z"

Sunaru I gave several "F" visas and the students are not going anywhere with them. They are repeating the course.

what do you mean you gave out F visas? Do you work for a consulate, or do you mean that you failed your students?

Failed students

It was a follow up to muppet head's pitiful attempt at humor in the prior post.

Thanks.
