Has anyone here used them or heard of them? A Mr Jon Tayaban? Any feedback with experiences would be appreciated.

You are best advised to do some research in the matter as Yakup has been in the news here virtually every season.
I remember but one poster who had positive things to announce to us, and her name was Rhonda; she was credible, totally credible.

But the vast majority have far dimmer views of Yakup; I think one poster, bearcanada, informed us of some bizarre and highly illicit goings-on at Yakup in Peking.

There is this question that you should ask yourself: why would anyone need to be brokered to a Chinese university by an outfit like Yakup run by people variously described as "Turks" or other foreign nationals?

Thanks Roger. They do seem very pushy, but most of them in China are. I'll do some hunting.
