I was wondering if water from the tap is safe to drink in HCMC, and is it plentiful enough to have good long showers on a daily bases? |

No. Drink bottled water.

It's plentyful enough, and also:
if you stay in Vietnam a long time, increase your vitamin-A intake, via carrot juices, carrots or other natural foods and supplementary sources.
Some doctors in Vietnam say the bad water is bad for your eyes over the years when you are take showers. |
