never in my life!
i need a bottle of sake to arrive in south africa by the 11th nov.
the post office says i need "permission from foreign administrator"
that is how far our conversation could go. i dont know who 2 contact,
wot form this permission is supposed to take, and how to prove
i hav permission to the p.o wen i get it. i emailed the embasy of japan,
south africa, but im sure my matter is not serious enough for them to bat an eyelid at. FRUSTRATION!!! can anybody help? do yu know who to get permission from? how does it manifest? is it an official seal of sum kind, or a letter?
i really want to send this bottle to arrive on time... (father's 50th bday)!!!
