Hi,
I'm hoping that someone will be able to give me a rough idea of how much to charge for Spanish to English translations. Thanks in advance for any info.

I assume you mean what rates you should charge....

An official translator I know here charges 85 pesos per standard page on volume work, and 100 per on smaller jobs.

It depends on the degree of difficulty of the text. For example, I'm doing some protocols for an oncologist, which is about as hard as it gets, and they are about 40 pages. I'm charging around $100 (pesos) a page, which is cheap. Qualified translators (which I'm not) charge from $150-$250 or more. Most don't charge per word.

If it's in small text, simply put it in an MS Word doc, resize the text to "normal" size and quote for the number of "real" pages.

BTW, there is a big market for correction of style, which is easier. For this, I quote whatever I think is suitable...as a lump sum. But obviously the fee should be much smaller for this.
