What's Mark Loyd doing in a women's thread? That's really sad, Mark. |

Shame on all of you. Birth control is equally the responsibility of men and women. It is attitudes like yours that do us all a disfavour. |

You can also buy cheap condoms from three wheeled barrows on the streets in Eminonu. You can`t miss the condoms because they have a picture of a man in hipster briefs on the front.
The Turks have done a great job of Kurdish birth control in the south-east. |
Suggesting someone buy cheap condoms in Eminonu sounds more like a joke....far from responsible.
And just what is the Kurdish birth control comment about?...... |

Some doctor students of mine told a tale about birth control and the Kurds:
Seems the Turks sent a bunch of doctors to the East to teach the Kurds about birth control and family planning. The Kurds, naturally, were distrustful and wary of any plans the Turks had to 'help' them, so decided it was all a Turkish plot to cut their numbers and eradicate them from the face of the earth. In retaliation, they encouraged everyone to have as many babies as possible to preven this from happening.
Then maybe they killed some of the doctors too.
Sad. But it's a typical tale of Turks' well-intentioned (perhaps?) but completely misguided and poorly received efforts to deal with the 'Kurdish Problem.'
And the circle goes 'round and 'round.... |

I have actually been told by Turks not to let my feet get cold because then my eggs would get cold. Maybe cold eggs could also be good birth control. Off with the socks, girls.
tsk! tsk! Now I am making jokes. Ayıp, ya. |
