Hey all-
Just found out that my friend and roomate will not be staying here after January, but Id like to stay, so... I�ll be trying to find the right roomate beginning February 1st of next year. Here are some facts about the apartment.
Location: Barrio Norte, Las Heras and Junin
First day available: February 1st, 2006
Rent: US $600 per month for 2 bedrooms, so US$300 each
Apartment: 2bd 1 ba, furnished, really great well lit place, with air conditioning
Expenses: between 40-75 pesos a month, inlcudes cable tv and high speed internet, plus 8pesos a week for maid service
Other: Overall its a great location and a great apartment, so Im really hoping to stay. That means finding the right roomate, so I�ll be doing a little interviewing to make sure that you are the right person. We just moved in a few weeks ago but love it so far.
