does anyone have any suggestions about what health insurance to get when Argentina?
i don't really know too much about health insurance options. i'm Canadian, and i was wondering: would anyone advise not getting health insurance and getting reimbursed for any possible health-related problems i might have while in Argentina, when i get back to Canada by OHIP ?
is this a silly thing to do?

You would have to check with OHIP and let them know you'll be traveling, where, and for how long. I think they have a special form to fill out.
