I posted a message concerning BUSEL at Bilkent University, and was told to pm someone about their experiences.
Does anyone else out there have any info on the program? Is it good? Bad? In particular, is USD$1000-$1500/month sufficient as pay in Turkey?
It doesn't sound like that much ('tho there are perks), and if I'm going to make the leap, would I be better off waiting for (applying for) positions in Instanbul, which is obviously a more interesting place to live?
Thank you! |

Hum... well if you decide to pass that offer up let me know I have plenty of friends in Ankara and really prefer the calm, cleaner atmosphere to Istanbul's hustle and bustle. |

You won't get much better than 1000-1500 in Istanbul anyway.
Beware of those who ponce for teachers here. If their offer is so good why are they always hiring? |

A ponce always has to have fresh meat. |
