Trying to get a dependant visa for myself so i can take up residence in HK. My wife is a HK citizen and im a Canadian. I called immigration couple of times and they have no clue what im trying to say. Im just trying to say that my wife is working in Canada and she wants to sponsor me for a dependant visa. She has proof to provide me shelter and all the other stuff. Immigration still has no clue and there is a new immigration changes too. If i get a dependant visa i still have to apply for a work visa?
Does my wife have to be in HK too?
