I have friends thinking of taking up positions in Hong Kong. I'm out of touch with current prices and travel options there so I'd thought I'd ask a few questions from those of you still there.
What are the travel options for getting from Sai Kung to Wan Chai. Is living at Sai Kung and working in Wan Chai a reasonable proposition?
Any ideas of the monthly rent of a village house large enough for 4 people
Thanks

i'm pretty sure that there is a red minibus that goes to wan chai. also you could take the mini bus to choi hung and the mtr from there or a another bus.
do these 4 people need there own rooms as i have only seen village houses with a maximum of 3 bedrooms. the prices vary depending on where the village is and what its like and what floor you live on. basically you would be looking at $4000+ |
