Hello!
I was wondering if there is any info regarding an organization that is hiring for a six week summer sesssion. It's 2 weeks, in three different towns...for a pay of 180,000 forints.
Seems like a great way to see Hungary for the summer, but the only info is the email: summer@omegaindex dot com.

Just wondering if anyone has either worked or heard about the experience.

How many hours would you be teaching per week?

Where did you find this advertisement? How are we supposed to tell you about it when we don't even know the organization?

I saw what could be the same ad (it did not specify pay) at esljobs.com.
180,000 forints is roughly U.S. $900, and, depending on how profligate the government is, could decline in value to U.S. $700. For a six-week semester, this would be 30,000 per week. Hence the question of how many hours- 10 hours a week would be okay (just okay) at 3000 forints/hour or $15. 25-30 hours a week or more and you would be getting about 1000 ($5) an hour, about the same as the nene at the public washrooms in the subway stations.

thnx for the replies so far.
the only info i have is the web address i showed. i think it's legitimate regarding the emails i've received and the documents needed to send.
it looks like the teaching schedule is 9am to 12:30 m-f.
yes, the total money is 30,000/week.
doesnt seem bad in my calculations....meaning, not really looking for money but to see hungary etc/teach there.
seems the money made would provide a decent earning to at least experience what one can of hungary in 3 weeks.

i meant adequate money in hungary for 6 weeks, not 3.
