A question arises....
You can't read her message to you....and she doesn't speak English..or write it either ...then, have you answered her message? and how? in which language?

Je suis libre en mois de mars,
I am free to travel in March (and meet you)
je peux voyager entre.../.../... et .../.../...
I can travel between .. and....
Tu me manque terriblement
I miss you terribly

mon chou
my cabbage...?

Come along folks, chip in a phrase or two. The OP needssome help in the language of his love
