I'm looking for some information on jobs available in Estonia and Latvia, the lifestyle etc., and what's the best way to go about getting a job in Tallinn or Riga.

don`t know about Latvia, but I have heard good things about teaching in Estonia.
Their language I think is related to Finnish, and is kind of hard to learn (i.e. grammar). |
