Hi there,
I've got a spare room in a fully furnished, waterview, airconditioned appartment, (up-market, security block). If you need urgent place to stay, contact me. Rental rates depend on how long you intend to stay.
Minimum one week: $9/night (including power/phone-local only)
Minimum one month:$200/m (including power/phone-local only)
More than 3 months: $160 (including power/phone-local only)
The appartment is on level 15 of a 25 floor highrise block, located in ward 1 District 5 HCM City, right next to District 1.
It consist of a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, TV, DVD Digital TV, Aircon, parking for your bike ...
Single person is welcome.
PS: You will be sharing the place with a working, easy-going male Vietnamese Australian, (ESL teacher/Computer engineer). Party is fine, religious service is not
