I love my electric blanket. I have a dual control one (so husband and I dont have to have it set to the same setting) and I look forward to getting into my nice warm bed.
Word of caution, if you wake up in the middle of the night, turn off the blanket so it is easier to get out of bed. Also, a few people I know said they burned themselves on electric blankets. |

I much prefer the cold than the heat with alot of bugs to deal with. I was in Harbin for a week and it felt like my Toronto, Canada.
I feel that the cold sanitizes the germs (and bugs!) for a while and keeps the city 'clean' in a way.
I stayed in Shenzhen for about two weeks and was eaten by bugs the whole time, rolling around in sweat and heat.
I'd take Harbin uber South China anytime. |
