Hey, I just moved to San Jose from San Carlos, and left behind my steady job that I had had for over a year. I'm now looking for a job in the San Jose area. Any help or leads would be very much appreciated. I'm TEFL certified and have almost 2 years experience.

Universidad Latina in San Pedro is interviewing and I know has some vacancies for the next bimester which begins March 19th. Every 8 weeks the university has one week off. This gives us time to get ready for the next bimester and do visa runs if necessary.
The pay is one of the top in SJ at 4 mil. colones per hour. Class sizes are never larger than 15 with 6 being the smallest. Course books are used but creativity in lesson planning is encouraged. Most of the classrooms have 42" screens with internet hook up.
I really enjoy teaching here and appreciate the support of the Directors Katie and Mike.
If youre interested you should email Katie Campbell at [email protected] , send your resume with a cover letter and good luck!
Cheers
