Maybe he was referring to Smoking Rules and Ordinances- like, use the match to light the cigarette and not your co-workers' hair; or maybe don't stub out the butt in your neighbour's profiterol: or maybe you MUST combine it with alcohol for maximum effectiveness.

I was refering to the act of getting some rules, stick them in a rizzla and SMOKING THEM.

See what I mean ,just what is so wrong with fag? I mean Alex B smokes fags without any rules yet the word fag is banned strange innit? But then so are so called intelligent people who smoke fags even though they know fags kill .

I usually have a laugh with my young people explaining the different uses of the word "eraser" and "rubber" esp when talking to a yank . Such a giggle .
