rules what? Can rule be used intransitively? Don't mind me. I just get grumpy when people mention smoking in a positive light. *sigh* I miss smoking |

| Maybe he was referring to Smoking Rules and Ordinances- like, use the match to light the cigarette and not your co-workers' hair; or maybe don't stub out the butt in your neighbour's profiterol: or maybe you MUST combine it with alcohol for maximum effectiveness. |

I was refering to the act of getting some rules, stick them in a rizzla and SMOKING THEM.
