I was in Bebek park yesterday and noticed a statue of a fat Ottoman bloke, but there was no inscription. Does anyone know who it is a statue of?

Who you calling a Ottoman bloke...... I was no where near Bebek.

Perhapes it was either Nasretin Ho�a or Bababoross Paşa. Just a guss.
