I know this question was posted a long time ago, but I was researching working for this BOE myself recently and came across this:

It's worth taking the time to read this before you decide whether to work for them or not. I have decided not to apply in the end because their reputation seems so bad. Also, there was a long discussion about this BOE on gaijinpot.com that is also worth having a look at.
