Need constructive help. I have son's aged 3 yrs and 4 mths and am considering a position at an international school in Ho Chi Minh City. What can I expect to find regarding western doctors/western hospitals??? Are there such facilities or will I be looking at using 'medivac' if a real problem occurs??
