I have also been having doubts too. The car is about 9 inches long and would be sent air mail, well-packed. I fear customs may open it and might tear it apart looking for illegal drugs. Is this possible? Is there some way to prevent such a scenario?
Thanks |
I only think the drug dogs would get to it before the inspectors do. Packages dont get opened unless the nice doggy decides to sniff around your parcel and sit next to it.
From what Im told the police will wait till you take delivery of the parcel before they will pounce on you and arrest you for possession. |

Hey, if I can have "dope" sent here from Canada, I doubt you'll have a problem with a toy car! Of course that was model airplane dope for use on flying models but still the customs form must have looked odd!
"silver dope, 5 pints"
Seriously I've had a lot funkier things than a model car sent to me here in Japan and have never had a problem. |
